HOW DOES IT WORK?
Every month, more than 150 Casinos in the World are in need of new Croupiers or Live Dealers. Therefore they ask us to select and train qualified personnel.
We open the selections and receive hundreds of applications, but the admission standards are very high very few are admitted, about 10 percent of the applicants.
In addition to selections open to all, we give our former students, who know the admission standards, the opportunity to recommend potential dealers or live dealers. These candidates, precisely because they are flagged, have direct access to the first interview, 100% online.
We give kids all the tools to start working right away and get ahead.
Who wants to be a Live Dealer:
is trained through intensive and professional training, 100% remotely. And after 3 weeks he is ready to work in online casinos.
Who wants to work as a Croupier:
is trained directly in the Academy, in Palermo, with an in-person course lasting 10 weeks. And it will then be allocated immediately afterwards in one of the Land Partner Casinos or on Cruise ships.
Upon completion of training, all trainees sign a permanent contract with one of the Partner Casinos and an average base salary starting at €1,400.
All new recruits leave together with their class, for their chosen destination. And they have included flight and up to 2 months’ lodging.
Aspiring Croupiers and Live Dealers do not incur any initial costs.
Only after they are hired and receive their first paycheck will they be able to repay the Academy through convenient monthly installments.
Gaming Academy alumni who have contributed to the hiring of a new Live Dealer or Croupier receive one of their training installments for free.

What is the difference between the Live Dealer and the Croupier?
The Live Dealer works in online casinos. Croupier, on the other hand, can also be hired in Land Casinos or on Cruise Ships.
