HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. CASINOS ASK US FOR DEALERS

Every month, more than 150 Casinos around the World are in need of new Croupiers. Therefore they ask us to select and train qualified personnel.

2. LET'S OPEN THE SELECTIONS NOW

As a recruiter for Partner Casinos, we begin the search for new talent to train.

3. WE CHOOSE THE BEST

We receive applications and select the best profiles for training. All under strict quality standards and 100% online interviews.

4. WE FORM THEM IN 10 WKS.

We give kids all the tools to start working right away and get ahead. Offering a high-level course directly at the Academy in Palermo. The training lasts about 10 weeks. And once finished all candidates immediately start working in one of our Land Partner Casinos or on Cruise ships.

5. THEY SIGN THEIR 1ST CONTRACT

Upon completion of training, all trainees sign a permanent contract with one of the Partner Casinos and an average base salary starting at €1,400.

All new recruits leave together with their class, for their chosen destination. And they have included flight and up to 2 months’ lodging.

6. REPAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS FROM SALARY

Aspiring Croupiers do not incur any initial costs.

Only after they are hired and receive their first paycheck will they be able to repay the Academy through convenient monthly installments.

Per lavorare come Croupier avrai bisogno di completare l’intero corso di formazione in presenza, della durata di 10 settimane. Durante il corso vedremo nel dettaglio tutte le tecniche di gioco più importanti, con lezioni pratiche e teoriche, miglioreremo il tuo inglese e ti daremo la preparazione necessaria per diventare un Croupier professionista. Requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:

1. Doesn’t have a job, Is willing to leave it and learn a new one.
2. He wants to move abroad. In company or alone.
3. Has an average level of English or is willing to learn it.
4. Has one of these passions: online games, casinos, math, languages, or travel.
5. He has no criminal record.

GUARANTEED RECRUITMENT

It means that all of our trainees leave from their hometown only after they have all the information and tools they need to start a new professional career abroad, and only after they have signed an INDETERMINED-TIME CONTRACT.
